New York suspends mandatory H1N1 shots for health workers

New York public health workers will no longer be required to be vaccinated against both the seasonal and H1N1 flu virus.The dispute between the public health employees and the New York State Health Department was settled by a vaccine shortage that made the requirement impossible to implement.
