CMS Releases New FMAP Frequently Asked Questions

Today, the CMS released one of a series of Medicaid Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) designed to provide guidance on the implementation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Public Law 111-5.The FAQs address questions that have been submitted to the ARRA mailbox, CMSOARRAQuestions@cms.hhs.gov. Future Medicaid FAQs letters will be issued in the coming weeks and months. This CMS document, along with other CMS documents on the FMAP increase under the ARRA stimulus legislation is available on ANCOR’s Economic Recovery web page.
